Let's Get Started
A welcome mixer works better when nobody gets parked in one place: so we scattered lounge seating across the event space, then filled the spaces between with highboys and cocktail tables for all 346 guests to organically flow and mingle. Cobalt cushions, blue glow seating, and illuminated acrylic highboys pulled it together without turning the garden into one giant seating chart.
We turned the ballroom lights down and let everything else glow. Four tablescapes played with white rose clouds, clear glass, silver, crystal and candlelight beneath a ceiling of LED stars, with underlighting making the tables seem to float. A floorplan change on-site shifted four tables, but the view stayed right where we wanted it: same sightline, same sky, no astronomy degree required.
