A fully immersive celebration inspired by Día de los Muertos traditions.

The Real Event Night

We designed and produced a full-service Día de Muertos awards celebration centered around a custom trajinera-inspired stage, a large interactive ofrenda and a festival-style layout. The experience combined banquet dining, carnival games, live mariachi, DJ entertainment, themed bars, AV production and traditional Mexican décor, with guests earning tickets through games for a prize raffle.

Karaoke Night

Karaoke Night After-Party

The entrance set the tone: a walk-through boombox, custom-built and branded, standing between the garden path and the party. Inside, a canopy of string lights over the bar, guitar-silhouette cocktail tables, and a karaoke stage programmed to move through five decades of music as the night went on.

Football Gala

Championship Gala Dinner

We designed the full visual concept for the dinner, including the tablescapes, a custom football pitch dance floor, and the overall styling throughout the venue. The complete environment was developed in 3D to coordinate every design element alongside the production provided by other teams.

Boho Beach Dinner

Coastal VIP Boho Evening

We designed a relaxed beachfront setting centered around an imperial dinner beneath a handcrafted wooden teepee with woven lanterns overhead. Layered rugs, floor cushions, lounge furniture, petate walkways, a rustic bar, tablescape, and surrounding décor created inviting spaces for cocktails before dinner.

Welcome Dinner

UNITE Welcome Dinner

The opening dinner introduced a black and white design language balanced with tropical textures, custom UNITE letter installations, branded wayfinding, floor graphics and long communal dining layouts for all 860 attendees. Every major design element was developed in 3D before production, resulting in a finished environment that closely matched the approved concept.

Networking Breakfast

UNITE Networking Breakfast

Designed for one third of the conference attendees, this breakfast environment balanced practical weather protection with a clean black and white aesthetic. Four large event tents sheltered the dining area while custom gaming-inspired centerpieces and coordinated furnishings maintained the visual language established throughout the program.

General Session

UNITE General Session

The conference sessions were planned around audience comfort, clear sightlines and efficient circulation for all 860 attendees. We designed the stage, seating layout, branded architectural elements, furnishings and lobby graphics, using detailed 3D planning to coordinate production before installation began.

Terraza Lunch

UNITE Terrace Lunch

The lunch experience carried the conference design language into a second dining venue while adapting to different site conditions. Although the rear dining area evolved during installation, the overall layout, furnishings and visual identity remained consistent with the approved concept.

Closing Dinner

UNITE Closing Celebration

The final evening introduced Mayan-inspired architectural forms while preserving the conference's established black and white identity. Long banquet layouts, custom scenic elements and coordinated lighting created a closing environment that connected visually with the rest of the program while giving the final dinner its own character.
