Our first full-service client found us deep in a Google search, and a real partnership grew from there.
Let's Get StartedFor 52 VIP guests, we set a Talavera-inspired poolside dinner in blue, white and gold, with white chandeliers overhead and a guitarist playing through the meal. The wind came in hot and ruffled up a few florals, but the imperial tables held their own, and the night landed close to the render.
Rain and a last-minute venue switch sent us into the ballroom foyer with hours to spare, so we redrew the layout on-site and led the install from there. By the time guests arrived, 220 people had mariachi, papel picado, equipal lounges, embroidered runners, and a foamy floral wall we built bloom by bloom. With a bit of faith and trust, Plan B showed up looking pretty darn guapo!
Before the big ballroom reveal, we turned the foyer into a totally tubular 80s hangout zone: four giant swirl arches, two working arcade machines, oversized Rubik’s cubes and two photo ops, including a silver tinsel moment lit with “Simply the Best Night.” Guests showed up in full 80s gear, and the buzz was cranked.
For the big awards night, we went full 80s prom: streamers overhead, a retro-futuristic bar with red stools and mirrored LED backbars, and a dance floor waiting for its time to shine. Then came our first-ever balloon rig drop. We built it, rehearsed it once, heard the cue, and let it rip! Totally gnarly, zero drama.
The beach footprint had shrunk dramatically since our site visit, and weather and venue constraints knocked out parts of the original plan. So we reworked the layout overnight, swapped in a boho gazebo entry with an LED sign and pampas grass, and still delivered six tablescapes, live music and fireworks on the sand for all 220 guests.
Real numbers, real venues, and the renders we showed clients before a single truck arrived.
