The Real Event Night

We designed the tablescapes in a crimson spectrum, from scarlet hybrid tea roses and burgundy scabiosa to wine-toned blooms, layered against black velvet and antique gold. Velour deco lamps and candlelight softened the room, while sculptural arrangements brought height, movement, and Porfirian drama. Rich, theatrical, distinctly Sola.

Karaoke Night

Karaoke Night After-Party

The entrance set the tone: a walk-through boombox, custom-built and branded, standing between the garden path and the party. Inside, a canopy of string lights over the bar, guitar-silhouette cocktail tables, and a karaoke stage programmed to move through five decades of music as the night went on.

Football Gala

Championship Gala Dinner

We designed the full visual concept for the dinner, including the tablescapes, a custom football pitch dance floor, and the overall styling throughout the venue. The complete environment was developed in 3D to coordinate every design element alongside the production provided by other teams.

Boho Beach Dinner

Coastal VIP Boho Evening

We designed a relaxed beachfront setting centered around an imperial dinner beneath a handcrafted wooden teepee with woven lanterns overhead. Layered rugs, floor cushions, lounge furniture, petate walkways, a rustic bar, tablescape, and surrounding décor created inviting spaces for cocktails before dinner.

Welcome Dinner

UNITE Welcome Dinner

The opening dinner introduced a black and white design language balanced with tropical textures, custom UNITE letter installations, branded wayfinding, floor graphics and long communal dining layouts for all 860 attendees. Every major design element was developed in 3D before production, resulting in a finished environment that closely matched the approved concept.

Mexicana Awards Fiesta

Fiesta de los Muertos

We designed and produced a full-service Día de Muertos awards celebration centered around a custom trajinera-inspired stage, a large interactive ofrenda and a festival-style layout. The experience combined banquet dining, carnival games, live mariachi, DJ entertainment, themed bars, AV production and traditional Mexican décor, with guests earning tickets through games for a prize raffle.

Beachfront Dinner

An Atelier TropiColor Study

Tropical color with shades of blue was the brief, so we leaned in: 90 beachfront place settings in a cohesive mix of wood, wicker, golden chrome, and blue glassware. Nine tables carried a mix of geometric floral color pops and tall palms. This was one of our first real chances to play freely with color.

Biergarten

Champions Marketplatz Biergarten

We leaned all the way into Bavarian kitsch for the exterior: a custom marquee archway greeting guests, a hopfencart loaded with signage, and wayfinder signs pointing the way to beer, food and fun. Wooden pergolas, barrels and pine garland framed every food station, all dressed head to toe in champions red and gold.

Diamond Noir Dinner

For this chic Diamond dinner, mirrored tables, metallic glass chargers, black crystal goblets, and diamond napkin rings set a polished tone. A canopy of fairy lights and white chandeliers glowed above, while barro negro vases with white gladiolus brought a refined Mexican accent.

Poolside Dinner

VIP Poolside Welcome Dinner

For 52 VIP guests, we set a Talavera-inspired poolside dinner in blue, white and gold, with white chandeliers overhead and a guitarist playing through the meal. The wind came in hot and ruffled up a few florals, but the imperial tables held their own, and the night landed close to the render.

Sand Set Dinner

A Sand Set Dinner

For 170 VIP guests, we softened everything down to sand, woven petate, weathered wood, macramé and candlelight. Inside the giant teepee, five tablescape styles mixed vintage tables, gold candelabras, florals and low imperial seating. Nearby, a second teepee framed a five-foot moon floating above the DJ booth. Shoes very optional.

Expo Hall

Exhibit A

For expos, we go part design studio, part print shop, part booth concierge. Here, we rendered the booth layout in the actual foyer as plans developed, helped every exhibitor team sort artwork, display requests and furnishings, printed every silicone-edge fabric graphic in-house and supplied the modular exhibition system. Add four floor-to-ceiling column totems and illuminated wayfinding, and the proof was right there on the exhibition floor.
