A colorful fiesta welcome, and a boho dinner to make goodbye a little harder.

¡Hola, color! We dressed El Patio Terrace for a welcome fiesta that wore its personality proudly. Yellow met hot pink, cobalt blue paired with orange, and bright floral centerpieces brought the whole palette together. Above the tables, 100 meters of papel picado and hanging hand-crafted piñatas carried the celebration overhead, with bistro lights and a curved wooden bar completing the setting. We focused the design on the places guests would gather, from cocktails at the bar to that first seat at dinner. For 100 guests arriving in Riviera Maya, Mexico had quite the colorful introduction.
For the farewell dinner, we leaned into a softer look and plenty of texture to explore. Crinkled sand linens and handwoven macramé chargers set the table, with amber goblets and golden mercury votives adding warmth. Sculptural wood centerpieces held white orchids and foliage, while a second arrangement brought in dried and preserved florals. Macramé lanterns carried the boho mood above the tables. The choices reflected something we believe about incentive dinners: making guests feel celebrated starts with the details right in front of them. A beautiful place setting is a lovely way to say, “We’re glad you’re here.” Even when it’s almost time to go.
