Let's Get Started
To make a strong first impression, the groups lobby got tropical arrangements and folkloric greeters for a check-in primed with personality. Across the two days of arrivals, our lounge space helped set the bar for the “what’s to come”. Then the central floral fountain monogram was just cherry!
The orange flowers arrived with an entourage: gold pedestals, matching menus, and a staircase to pose on. We balanced their theatrical tendencies with warm wood, woven textures, and rattan lounges beneath a ceiling of fairy lights. For this first-night VIP dinner, even the most dressed-up details knew how to relax.
We gave monstera leaves an electric makeover and dressed five tablescapes in bright satin, mirrored chargers, and high contrast color. A live band, DJ, and futuristic marshmallowed performers kept the space in full party mode. The dress code was luxe disco, and the jungle had plans.
We gave the patio the Monte Carlo treatment: red velvet, chandeliers, and 16 gaming tables with custom cards and chips. Guests dropped in around dinner plans to play for raffle tickets for the finale. Pretty sure their bragging rights came with no expiration date.
Each palm got a few coats of color to create that blue-purple, can’t-quite-name-it, unicorn shimmer. Against white tables and lounges, the effect was diamonds in my eyes. We carried those bejeweled florals and iridescent accents across all five tablescapes - and, in my opinion, we polished the ballroom up real nice!
The patio traded casino red for white draping, chandeliers, and a little unicorn shimmer. We carried the ballroom’s palette outside through three tablescapes and lounges with seating for 220. A quieter spot to keep the evening going, because “tell me everything” works better when you can actually hear the answer.
