You’ve got your top performers together, so now what?
Well, let’s first figure out what success looks like to you. We often see goals like building the brand in a shared sense of belonging, fostering leadership connections, and – of course – celebrating and recognizing top performers – but what matters to you?
Next, we need to be able to qualify the goal, so be specific and keep the focus on effort, growth, and performance. Setting metrics for things like “did people engaging fully in group activities” and “ were they able to make meaningful connections with someone” will speak volume to understanding your success.
With your goals and metrics in place, work on data collection before, during, and after your event. This can be through online surveys, quick in-person interviews, and through the frequency of your repeat attendees.
